My mission is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement.

Whether you're dealing with homesickness, cultural adjustments, academic pressures, or personal issues, I will be here to listen and help. 

My experience as an expat teenager helps me understand the unique challenges that come with being an expatriate teenager, and I'm dedicated to helping you find your balance, build resilience, and thrive in your teens.
